Carers support group, information & support for carers by phone only during COVID. Clubs not running. Accept people without a formal diagnosis.

Tuesday Group - CARERS ONLY 7pm - 9pm, food available earlier. Information & signposting. Can help with attendance allowance forms. 

Friday group for carer & loved one, games & quizzes - 10.30am - 2.30pm. No personal care provided, group run by volunteers. 

Beverley is a social worker and many carers run the group so understand how carers feel. 

Cost: £7.

Will accept people outside of Crawley as long as they can get there, no transport provided.
