What we will do 

Visit your home to discuss your requirements and then arrange for a Home Assistant to visit at an agreed time and day to suit you.  

Organise a courtesy phone call each month to ensure you are happy with the service and annual review visits. 

Assess our Home Assistants to ensure they are fully trained and vetted.

Costs

Reduced costs for those on means tested benefits. Costs depend on where you live. As a non-profit organisation our Help at Home Service charges are based on the actual cost of providing the service.
